We’re Hiring: Tier 1 Help Desk Support – Remote Argentina

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Shift 1: (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST)

Shift 2: (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST)

Location: Argentina (Remote)

Job Overview:

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Specialist! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical and product support via phone, email, and chat.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams
- Keep records of customer interactions and activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve support efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on products and policies
- Identify and report any system issues or customer trends

What You’ll Need:

- 1+ year of Tech Support experience
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting
- Fast learner with strong adaptability
