Job Responsibilities:
Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products
Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos
Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords
Prepare and review technical documents and presentations
Manage and update the knowledge base
Ensure timely updates and uploads of products on the website
Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong English communication skills
Strong interest in technology
Must have your own Laptop/PC with good internet connection
Flexible with EDT/EST time zone working hours
