Hi! I'm Renan Peixoto, Head of Engineering at Torre. We’re building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition, improving recruitment with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. Our goal: faster, more accurate, and less discriminatory recruiting at lower costs.
This is your chance to join our journey. After five years of development, we’re in beta and need a Software Engineer to blend technical expertise with product strategy. You'll drive innovation, enhance user satisfaction, and contribute to our rapid growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement product features.
- Develop scalable, fast-response, cross-browser, and cross-device applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain web apps and services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the existing product.
- Learn and grow continuously.
- Career Path: Commit to at least two years in this position. You can grow into roles like Tech Leadership, Staff+ Engineering, or Product Design.
