Job Description:

As an HR Intern you will support recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities
with strategic tasks to support the company's market presence and business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach platforms.
• Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with senior HR staff.
• Candidate Communication: Manage follow-ups and maintain positive candidate experiences.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support new employee integration and documentation.
• Market and Opportunity Research: Assist with research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Help engage potential clients, partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

• Applicants, who are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in HR and supporting company growth initiatives.

Descripción del puesto:
-Reclutar y seleccionar candidatos utilizando bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales y búsqueda directa.

-Publicar vacantes en plataformas de reclutamiento y portales universitarios.

-Revisar currículums y solicitudes.

-Programar entrevistas para el personal de RR. HH. senior.

-Comunicarte con postulantes a través de correo electrónico y LinkedIn, y dar seguimiento.

Requisitos:
-Estar cursando o haber finalizado una carrera universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Administración o afines.

-Buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).

-Interés en desarrollar una carrera en RR. HH., con compromiso y disposición para aprender.
