Blue State Action is building an AI-powered Education Policy Intelligence Hub a dynamic platform designed to provide policymakers and advocates with real-time insights, expert analysis, and legislative tracking.

We are currently seeking a skilled frontend developer to support our lead developer in transforming the UI into a modern, interactive experience.

Responsibilities:
- No manual time allowed.
- Tracking only via Upwork.
- No agencies.
- Integrate a modern frontend framework (React or Vue) to power real-time interactions.
- Ensure a clean, user-friendly interface tailored for non-technical users.
- Create an adaptive design optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Implement subtle animations and interactive features to enhance user engagement.
- Document the technical setup to support future scalability and contributions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of responsive/adaptive design principles.
- Experience with animations and creating interactive UIs.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- A problem-solving mindset and proactive communication.
