Compensation: USD5/hour.
Location: Remote (anywhere).

Responsibilities and more:
We're seeking a Customer Support Associate who will craft an exceptional online experience for our customers.
Your role involves employing an analytical approach to streamline order processing and enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. You'll communicate with our customers via phone, email, and chat.
The Customer Support Associate will:
- Support the coordination of Tiny Mile's delivery fleet.
- Confirm and assign incoming orders using Tiny Mile's in-house dispatch software.
- Monitor ongoing orders to maintain delivery standards of practice and ensure the package arrives promptly.
- Provide effective and reliable communication with eaters, merchants, and robot pilots.
- Report and troubleshoot service errors and answer eater/merchant/courier inquiries.

What we're looking for:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Position requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Able to work from Saturday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST.
- This is a daytime and weekend position.
