- Location: Remote (specific timezone) - GMT-07:00 to GMT+01:00.
- Skills: Beginner in Real Estate sales, GHL and Real Estate investing.
- Responsibilities and more:
Day to Day Outline:
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and opportunities.
- Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.
- Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.
Non-negotiables:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Experience with GHL methodologies.
- Background in real estate or investment is a must.
